Learners are expected to bring their university ID badge and Consortium of PA Education name badge while on rotation in order to identify themselves to hospital staff and patients.
Physician Assistant learners placed in this rotation are in Good Standing.
The student:
Has been successful in the program to date
Is in full compliance with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, policies
Meets the immunization requirements
Has undergone a police check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening
Physician Assistant learners have access to their official Letter of Good Standing via their own profile in MEDSIS-3C and are able to provide this letter to the placement institution upon request. Alternatively, a clinical placement site may request a Letter of Good Standing directly from the program by responding to this email: clinical.pa@nosm.ca
